Subject to inspection and verification, the following quality guarantee solutions may be offered:

The final resolution will be determined based on the nature of the defect and in accordance with the Return & Refund Policy.
Warranty Duration: 180 days from the date of delivery
Coverage Scope: Manufacturing defects only
The warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from:
Accidental damage, misuse, or improper handling
Unauthorized repairs, servicing, or modifications
Normal wear and tear arising from regular use
Color fading, rusting, or material deterioration caused by prolonged exposure to sunlight, moisture, or environmental conditions
Products altered, modified, or repaired after sale without authorization
If a product is defective or not functioning as intended, customers must notify Aaju Machinery & Tools within 7 days of delivery, in line with the Return & Refund Policy.

Order ID and sales invoice
Clear photos or videos showing:
The defect
The shipping label
The product placed on a flat surface
Once the defect is verified, the customer will be instructed to return the defective product where applicable
Upon inspection, Aaju Machinery & Tools will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include:
Replacement
Partial or full refund
Resending of accessories or components
Only one replacement shall be provided per order, as stated in the Return & Refund Policy.
Customers are strongly advised to inspect packages at the time of delivery.
For missing items, incorrect products, or incomplete packaging, claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery with the following:
Order ID and sales invoice
Clear photos of the package and received items
Photo or video evidence of the issue
Package weight (if available)
If confirmed as a logistics or seller-related issue (and not caused by the customer), Aaju Machinery & Tools will, at its discretion:
Resend missing accessories or items
Provide a replacement product
Issue a partial refund
Warranty claims must be initiated within the same 7-day reporting window as returns
Refunds, replacements, and reshipments are processed in accordance with the Return & Refund Policy
Shipping cost responsibility follows the same rules outlined in the Return & Refund Policy
Claims that do not meet return conditions (used, damaged, incomplete, or tampered products) may be rejected
This Warranty Policy is provided in accordance with applicable laws of Nepal, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2075 and the Electronic Transactions Act, 2063.
This warranty is limited to manufacturing defects only and does not constitute a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation
Aaju Machinery & Tools shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, misuse, or inability to use the product
Warranty decisions are subject to inspection, verification, and reasonable determination by Aaju Machinery & Tools
In the event of any conflict between this Warranty Policy and the Return & Refund Policy, the Return & Refund Policy shall prevail
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser
