Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate delivery information at the time of order placement. Inaccurate address details may result in delivery delays or unsuccessful return requests. Please note that return eligibility may vary across product categories.

Return Conditions:
Products must be returned in their original condition, including all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and original packaging.
Our technical team may assist in diagnosing concerns through remote support, telephonic assistance, or on-site technical evaluation, where applicable.
Upon confirmation of a manufacturing defect within the return window, Aaju Machinery & Tools will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
If no defect is identified or the issue is reported beyond 10 days of delivery or installation, the customer will be guided to the authorized brand service center.
A single replacement is permitted per order.

To enhance customer confidence, select products (excluding gift) are eligible for a 7-day money-back assurance, regardless of reason, including change of mind or incorrect order placement.
Eligibility Criteria:
Products must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in resale-ready condition.
Original packaging must be intact and complete.
Refunds apply exclusively to the product value.
Return logistics costs are borne by the customer unless the return arises from an error on the part of Aaju Machinery & Tools.
Returns that do not meet these standards may be respectfully declined.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team at [email protected] with your order reference and supporting images. Our team will share return instructions accordingly. Customers are responsible for coordinating return shipments.
In the event of a product malfunction or defect:
Notify Aaju Machinery & Tools within 7 days of delivery
Submit proof of purchase along with clear images or videos illustrating the concern and shipping label
Upon verification, we will offer the most appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, partial refund, accessory replacement, or alternative remedy, in line with the nature of the issue. In select cases, return of the defective item may not be required.
Customers are advised to inspect deliveries at the time of receipt. Any discrepancy, including missing or incorrect items, should be reported within 7 days of delivery, along with relevant documentation and visual evidence.
Where confirmed as a fulfillment or logistics-related error, Aaju Machinery & Tools will arrange for replacement items, accessories, or a refund as appropriate.
All returned items must meet the following criteria:
Authenticity: Product details including name, brand, serial number, barcode, and MRP tag must be intact and verifiable
Completeness: All original accessories, manuals, complimentary items, and bundled components must be included
Condition: Products must remain unused, untampered, and free from marks or damage
Packaging: Original packaging must be intact and undamaged
Failure to meet these standards may result in refusal of the return request.
Refunds may be requested where the product does not meet expected standards or delivery commitments.
Product received is damaged, defective, or unusable
Order is not delivered within 7 working days from the date of purchase

Approved refunds will be credited within 2–3 business days to the original payment method.
